About the event
Following the success of our recovery club we hosted in March, we are so excited to announce our second recovery club on November 17th.
Hosted at Ten Health & Fitness' King's Cross studio, you'll experience one of Ten's signature Dynamic Reformer Pilates Classes, alongside Cryotherapy & Infrared Sauna sessions in their state-of-the-art wellness suite, and a practical workshop led by Ten's head of Pelvic Health Physiotherapy.
